Sales Secretary/Executive Assistant
Lauren is professional, well informed and has an attention to detail, and that’s just where it starts. She is very efficient and listens to the needs and requirements of clients, ensuring to always point them in the right direction. She provides excellent support and assistance to the Sales Department, working alongside Eric Mancini in particular.
As a team they specialise in off the plan purchases and Lauren can often be found finalising contracts, updating inclusions lists and preparing full marketing plans for everything from 2-4 townhouse developments through to boutique and medium sized apartment blocks. She is involved with the coordination and implementation of office procedures such as liaising with vendors, purchasers and solicitors, preparing contracts and creating and designing the property sales listings for the company.
Lauren brings a fresh innovative feel to the company and is our social media guru, keeping everyone up to date with the latest listings/news. As her first full time employment, Lauren joined the Mancini team in 2015, and she certainly excels in her role. Prior to this she worked in customer service for 5 years.
