Kathryn Sammut

I have to say that I never have an issue with Kathryn as she communicates promptly and nothing is too hard or complicated. When I did an inspection with her recently, she was very meticulous. I hope she keeps up the good work as I’m sure she is an asset to your team.

I want take this opportunity to let you know that Kathryn have been an amazing agent for us. We can not possibly ask anymore from her. Recently She has managed to help us out in the most trying months where so many things (stove, cook top, central heating, and electrical surge from power pole) at our unit were broken down one after the other and need replacing. To top it all off she had to deal with the tenant breaking a lease in the midst of stage 4 restrictions. Kathryn never loss her cool in any of these tense moments. I do hope that you will look after Kathryn well because she truly deserve it. Great staff is rare and never easy to find.

I just want to commend you Kathryn on being a really incredible property manager. You always arrange maintenance requests so fast, and for that we are truly grateful.
