Signing this agreement actually triggers the commencement of our service, activating our dedicated team to begin marketing, advertising, inspections and negotiations so your property can be sold as soon as possible with the minimum amount of hassle and stress.
4. Our Guarantee
We understand that selling your family home or investment property can be a stressful time but it should be a pleasant and rewarding experience where you receive the highest possible price at the lowest possible cost... We gladly guarantee our service with our ‘No Sale, No Charge’ policy where you don’t pay a cent until your property is sold, that includes marketing. If you don’t sell, then you don’t pay.
Here at Mancini we have a dedicated Marketing Manager who handles the way your property appears to the community and beyond. A professional photographer will attend to your property, making sure it is displayed in the best light, whilst our Marketing Manager works magic with the description, making your property irresistible to potential buyers.
From numerous online portals and in house magazines to recognizable sales boards and letterbox drops, you property will be heavily displayed on the market allowing enquiries to come in thick and fast. As your campaign moves along, your marketing will be adjusted to keep it relevant and fresh.

With a committed and enthusiast team of 5 agents, 2 sales assistants and 2 administrators, Mancini have one of the largest sales teams in the West. We will work tirelessly answering enquiries, hitting the streets and combing through our extensive buyer database to find the perfect purchaser for your property.
