I wanted to let you know what an amazing job Pam is doing. From a customer's perspective, I cannot fault her one single bit. She is one of the best agents I have had on my little portfolio of properties. Pam is so very helpful, professional, and yet personal she makes me very comfortable to know that my properties are in great hands. Even during this crazy time where rules and regulations are ever changing, and added to the stressful period - a tenant who was not paying - she has really calmed me and guided me through the entire time. I can see that Pam does not shy away from hard work and does what is right by both the landlord and the tenant - which I honestly admire.
